Use of Service

Your FishBoom account is for personal use only. You may not create multiple accounts, use bots or automated software, or attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated play.

User Responsibilities

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility unless you've reported unauthorized access to us promptly.

Deposited funds are for gaming purposes. We're not a financial institution, and your account balance does not earn interest.

Intellectual Property

All content on fishboom — including game assets, graphics, text, and software — belongs to FishBoom or its licensed partners. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any of it.

Limitation of Liability

FishBoom is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, third-party service outages, or events outside our reasonable control. We'll always work to resolve issues quickly.

Our maximum liability to any player in any 30-day period is capped at the total amount deposited in that period. Gambling involves risk — players on fishboom should always play within their means.

Third-Party Links

Our platform may link to third-party sites for payments or game providers. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Security

We use 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication options to protect your account. Report any suspicious activity to [email protected] immediately.

Your Rights

You may close your account at any time and request a withdrawal of your remaining balance. Account closure requests are processed within 3 business days.
